Wow! Attending Debbie Sardone’s Gift Certificate Sales Workshop has taken my marketing program for gift certificates to another level of effectiveness.  Gone are the sad little two sided coupons with my logo, and out have come lovely gift baskets with my gift certificate and added touches of sensational “bartered” items. I get loads of ohhh’s and ahhh’s from customers.  And, more importantly, my thinking, and outlook on how to e-mail market my gift certificates has changed.  Thank you so much Debbie Sardone for your Gift Certificate Sales Workshop!  I first came in contact with Debbie Sardone  by listening to an interview  she did on  “What you must know to grow your residential cleaning service”  immediately my mindset  changed from focusing on being a cleaning technician to  managing and marketing my cleaning services!  Next I was fortunate enough to receive an hour of free consulting.  With Debbie Sardone’s help I realized that the radio and internet advertising I was doing do not traditionally work well for maid services.  I had already spent several thousand dollars, was in the process of purchasing more radio advertising and  wondering why the phone was not ringing!   To be sure, one hour with Debbie Sardone kept me from wasting more advertising dollars!   Because Debbie Sardone is my business coach, my business is thriving, my focus and outlook on how to manage and market my business has been redirected by benefiting form Debbie’ twenty six years in residential cleaning.  Amazing how one introduction can have such a marked effect on success.  Thank you Debbie Sardone.
